Gene Vector

Our lentiviral vector is the most efficient gene transfer system for permanent reprogramming. It enables efficient and stable transduction of both dividing and non-dividing cells. In addition, it enables a high gene pay-load capacity which is important since we currently design-in up to four genes concurrently within our technology. An additional advantage is the regulatory experience within FDA, EMA and Health Canada in reviewing and understanding the strong safety profile associated with this gene transfer system.
